Everything you need to know
before joining B’ Hoi An

  • - Registration can be completed via the official website or through authorized agencies. (A registration fee of $100USD applies.)

    - Full payment must be made at least 30 days before departure.

    - Refund policy (30+ days before departure: 100% refund, 15–29 days before: 70% refund, 1–14 days before: 50% refund, after the program starts: No refunds)

  • - It takes approximately 40 minutes to reach the B’ Hoian Campus from Da Nang International Airport (DAD).

    - A pickup service is provided from the airport, and a pickup confirmation form (including meeting point and time details) will be sent prior to departure.

  • - Check-in: Sunday, from 00:00 (midnight) to 18:00.

    -Check-out: Saturday, until 15:00. (Luggage storage available)

  • - Regular cleaning services (including garbage collection, bedding change, floor cleaning, and bathroom cleaning) are provided once a week.

    - Laundry service (paid) is available. Please place your laundry in the laundry bag provided in your room and leave it in front of the door before 9:00 AM on weekdays. Your laundry will be returned the next morning. (20,000 VND per 1 kg)

  • - Accommodations are available in Single, Twin, and Triple rooms. Room selection and changes are not permitted at the participant’s discretion.

    - Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all rooms and only allowed in designated outdoor smoking areas.

    - Each room is equipped with a private bathroom, air conditioning, hot water, and Wi- Fi. Participants must use all facilities, furniture, and amenities with care and without causing any damage. (Deposit: 500,000 VND per week)

    - Electricity overuse may incur extra charges deducted from the deposit

  • - All participants must attend programs according to the assigned curriculum. In case of unavoidable absence, participants must notify the office at least one hour in advance.

  • - In case of emergency, a manager will provide immediate assistance. Basic first- aid supplies are available at the reception. All participants must follow safety guidelines and adhere to the manager’s instructions during outdoor activities.

  • - Participants can freely use campus facilities such as the cafeteria, café, swimming pool, working space, classrooms, and outdoor garden.

    - Students may use the dining hall for study purposes, but kitchen access is prohibited.

    - Please respect others’ rest and study time, and keep shared areas clean after use. (Use of outdoor areas may be restricted depending on weather and operational conditions.)
