A Day at B’ Hoian

At B’ Hoian, our programs are not separate activities to attend.
Yoga, meals, and rest are not isolated experiences. What matters is not what you do, but the state in which you live the day.

Morning
Reset & Awaken

A return from external stimulation to inner awareness. The body softens, the breath slows, and the day begins in stillness rather than urgency.

Afternoon
Engage Lightly

Experiences are introduced gently, when focus is possible but the body remains at ease. Nothing is designed to interfere with rest later in the day

Evening
Release

Stimulation is reduced. Thoughts quiet down, senses take the lead, and the day is allowed to close naturally into rest.

English as Living
스크린샷 2026-04-20 191115.png

English does not end after one session.
Beyond class time, with many Western digital nomads in B’ Hoian, English flows naturally throughout the day — in shared meals, conversations, and daily moments.
English becomes part of your 24-hour environment.

Focused. Small. Intentional.

    My Son Sanctuary
A UNESCO World Heritage Site, yet far from the feeling of a monument. Ancient energy lingers between moss-covered towers, and the early morning stillness here has a way of realigning something deep within.

    Marble Mountains
The stone here has absorbed centuries of prayer and silence. Many guests feel a quiet shift simply by entering — as if something heavy is gently lifted.

    Dong Dinh Museum
Known as the Garden of Memory, this private museum rests deep within Son Tra Peninsula's forested hillside. Ancient artifacts, lotus ponds, and wooden houses sit together in a stillness that asks nothing of you but to slow down.

    Memory Show
Enjoy one of Vietnam’s largest performances. A show that traces 400 years of history. Light, sound, and movement come together, lingering quietly long after the night ends.
